The pendant is beautifully made and a gorgeous item, which I was sorely tempted to keep, rather than gift it as planned! The finish is perhaps more uniform than I had expected from the original listing... but, in fairness, Rosa did check whether I required any modification from my pendant when she sent me a photo of it. Rosa was really helpful and professional, going the extra mile to help, offering great advice and prompt responses to my questions. Add to all this that the business is so ethically run... perfect! I will very happily purchase from Rosa again. 😊
